Saalt Menstrual Disc
Best for: Reusable period protection without suction
ALECIA14570 for $20 off
The Saalt Menstrual Disc is a reusable menstrual disc made from medical-grade silicone that sits behind the pubic bone rather than relying on suction like a menstrual cup. It comes in two sizes: Regular for normal to heavy flow or a higher cervix, and Small for lighter flow or a lower cervix. A built-in finger notch can also make removal easier and more controlled. The disc can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on flow and is available individually or as a two-size set.
Saalt Menstrual Cup
Best for: Reusable period protection with different firmness options
ALECIA14570 for $20 off
Saalt menstrual cups are reusable medical-grade silicone cups that collect menstrual flow and can be worn for up to 12 hours. The original Saalt Cup uses slightly firmer silicone, which can make it easier for the cup to open after insertion, while the Saalt Soft Cup is made with softer silicone for those who prefer less firmness or experience bladder sensitivity, cramping, or discomfort with firmer cups. Both are available in Small and Regular sizes, and Saalt also offers duo packs with multiple sizes or firmness options.

Best for: Wide range of styles & absorbency levels
ALECIA14570 for $20 off
Saalt period underwear is reusable leakproof underwear available in Light, Regular, Heavy, and Super absorbency levels, with options ranging from thongs and seamless styles to briefs and sleep shorts. Depending on the style, absorbency ranges from about 1 to 10 regular tampons’ worth, making it possible to choose different levels for lighter days, heavier flow, or backup with a menstrual cup or disc. Saalt also states that its period underwear is not treated with PFAS.
Period Pain Relief
Thinx Period Underwear
Best for: Higher absorbency & longer wear
Thinx period underwear is reusable, washable underwear designed to absorb menstrual flow without a pad or tampon. Different styles offer varying levels of absorbency, with some newer options holding up to 12 regular tampons’ worth of fluid and providing leak protection for up to 12 hours. Thinx can be worn alone or as backup with a tampon, menstrual cup, or disc and can also be useful for light bladder leaks. Current Thinx products are made without intentionally added PFAS and are OEKO-TEX® certified.
Rael Heating Patches
Best for: Discreet, on-the-go heat for cramp days
Heat therapy may help temporarily relieve menstrual cramps and lower abdominal discomfort. Rael Heating Patches are single-use, air-activated patches that provide up to 8 hours of warmth without a plug, battery, or microwave. They adhere to the inside of underwear over the lower abdomen and should not be applied directly to the skin.
Each patch measures approximately 2.9 × 6.7 inches and comes in a pack of three. The patches generate heat through an iron-based formula and contain rose, lemon peel, and jasmine oils, which may be a consideration for those with fragrance sensitivities.
Things to consider: Heat may help manage menstrual discomfort but does not treat underlying causes of pelvic pain. Do not wear the patches while sleeping. Consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, or rheumatoid arthritis.
