1. Educational Purposes Only
All content we provide, including blog posts, guides, digital downloads, videos, social media posts, and emails, is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for an individualized evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider who can examine you.

2. No Physical Therapist-Patient Relationship
Alecia O'Donnell, PT, DPT is a physical therapist licensed in Montana. None of the following creates a physical therapist-patient relationship with Alecia O'Donnell or Revive Pelvic Health Physical Therapy:

  • using this website;

  • following us on social media; or

  • contacting us by email, direct message, or comment.

We do not provide physical therapy services, telehealth, or individualized recommendations through this website, our newsletter, or social media. Nothing we publish should be interpreted as the practice of physical therapy in any state.

3. Talk to Your Provider First
Every body and every pelvic health condition is different. Check with your physician, midwife, or pelvic floor physical therapist before starting any exercise, technique, or product discussed here. This is especially important if any of the following apply to you:

  • you are pregnant or postpartum;

  • you are recovering from surgery;

  • you are experiencing pain, bleeding, infection, or prolapse symptoms;

  • you have a history of pelvic trauma; or

  • you are undergoing cancer treatment.

Stop immediately and seek medical care if you experience sharp or worsening pain, bleeding, dizziness, fever, or any symptom that concerns you. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call 911.

4. Assumption of Risk and No Guarantee of Results
Exercise and self-care techniques carry inherent risk. You choose to use any information, exercise, technique, or product discussed here voluntarily and at your own risk. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome.

5. Research and Accuracy
Our content summarizes published research and clinical knowledge as of the date it was written. Research changes over time, and we cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Any discussion of medications, topical treatments, or other medical therapies is a summary of published research only. It is not a recommendation to use them. Please discuss any treatment with your prescribing provider.

6. Product Recommendations and Affiliate Disclosure
Some links and discount codes on our website and social media are affiliate links. This means we earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are useful, and commissions do not influence our opinions, but you should know the relationship exists.

We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or warrant any third-party product. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and sizing guidance, and ask your provider whether a product is right for you.

Product comparisons and "best of" guides reflect our opinion based on information available at the time of writing. Prices, materials, and features may change. Please direct questions about product safety, defects, orders, or returns to the manufacturer or retailer.

9. Digital Products
